Linerase is a heterologous Type I Collagen (HTIC) powder which stimulates the production of new fibro-blasts to create native Type III collagen.
Linerase Collagen (HTIC) micronized powder, sterile and pyrogen-free, of equine origin. Medical Device, injectable after powder dilution with normal saline (0.9% sodium chloride solution).
Linerase produces the optimal conditions to restore connective tissue. It supplements dermal bio-revitalization and assists the regeneration of connective tissue in the dermis proving perfect conditions for the physiological neo-formation of collagen.
Non allergenic product
Heterologous Type I Collagen HTIC Type I Heterologous Collagen is NOT allergenic for the following reasons:
- Collagen gets hydrolysed completely in amino acids and tripeptides.
- Tripeptides derived from collagen hydrolysis, have a molecular weight of less than 1kDa. To be allergenic, a molecule must have a molecular weight greater than 10kDa.
Mechanism
HTIC gets hydrolysed completely in amino acids and tripeptides. The tripeptides on one hand act as Dermal Growth Factors on the old fibroblasts and stimulate the formation of new fibroblasts. Amino acids are being used by the new fibroblasts for the formation of collagen type III, while on the other hand the tripeptides inhibit the action of metalloproteinase.
Consequently, Linerase collagen eliminates the symptoms of aging, improves skin elasticity and firmness.
Indications
